Gardenia´s Hostal Gutiérrez TRINIDAD is a beautiful colonial style house, its construction dates from 1760, located in one of the most central streets of the legendary Trinidad. Its first inhabitants belonged to the local aristocracy, so they did not skimp on building a house with very high props, massive solid wood doors and windows, with its columns and floors of Bremesa earthenware are the legacy of the opulence and social level of its former owners. It consists of a beautiful special interior garden to escape the heat that is typical in our city. The furniture all of the family heritage adorn the large rooms of the house and are available to our guests. The rooms are spacious with large windows and all the furnishings are white, hand-embroidered by local artisans. The bathrooms are made of work, combined with stucco and marble recovered from old buildings in demolition, all very light and natural so as not to detract from the beauty of the main piece that is the majestic construction of the house.
